GTS-65
The GTS-65 system provides superior corrosion protection and excellent bonding on 3LPE coated pipelines operating at temperatures up to 65°C (149°F) (actual rating may vary depending on local requirements).

GTS-80
The GTS-80 system provides superior corrosion protection and excellent bonding on 3LPE coated pipelines operating at temperatures up to 80°C (176°F) (actual rating may vary depending on local requirements).

GTS-PP
The GTS-PP system provides excellent adhesion and superior corrosion protection to polypropylene coated pipelines operating up to 140°C (284°F). GTS-PP has been designed with a unique cross-linked polypropylene backing and modified polypropylene adhesive. The combination allows sleeve recovery and bonding to polypropylene mainline coatings. Lower preheats are required versus other systems and superior bonding is achieved without damaging the coating during installation.

GTS-HT
The GTS-HT system provides superior corrosion protection and excellent bonding on FBE coated pipelines operating at temperatures up to 120°C (248°F) (actual rating may vary depending on local requirements). 

GTS-65 and GTS-80

  • Superior corrosion protection when epoxy primer (E Primer) is "force-cured" and pre-inspected on steel only

  • The same pre-heat temperature with or without epoxy minimizes installation procedure issues
  • Epoxy is applied to steel only, which results in lower material and labour costs
  • “Force-cured” epoxies enable the joints to be pre-inspected prior to sleeve application and will not be displaced during sleeve alignment and recovery
